摘要
目的检测原发型干燥综合征（pSS）继发间质性肺炎患者血清炎症因子的表达水平，探讨其与病程发生发展的关系。方法选取2010年4月至2015年3月间61例pSS患者为观察对象，按照其是否继发间质性肺炎分为观察组和对照组，收集28例健康体检者为正常对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）测定患者血清中IL-6及IL-10水平，并行IL-6与IL-10水平的相关性分析。结果观察组和对照组患者的血清IL-6水平显著高于正常对照组，IL-10水平显著低于正常对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组患者血清IL-6水平显著低于对照组（P〈0．05），血清IL-10水平虽高于对照组，但组间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。观察组与对照组血清IL-6与IL-10表达水平呈负相关（r=-0．492，-0．623，P〈0．05）；正常对照组血清IL-．6与IL-10表达水平无明显相关性（r=0．191，P〉0．05）。结论pSS继发间质性肺炎患者血清中IL-6水平较对照组明显上调，IL-10有所下降，提示二者均参与患者继发间质性肺炎的病变病理过程，影响肺弥散功能，可以作为该病诊断和治疗的辅助指标。
Objective To investigate the serum inflammatory cytokines expression level, and explore its relationship with the occurrence and development of course of the disease, in patients with the Primary Sjogren＇s Syndrome （ pSS ） secondary to the interstitial pneumonia. Methods 61 patientsbetween April 2010 to March 2015 were enrolled, with pSS as observation object, they were divided into control group and observation group according to whether they are secondary to the interstitial pneumonia, 28 cases from health physical examination were collected for the normal control group. By using enzyme-linked immunosorbent （ ELISA ） in patients with serum level of IL-6 and IL-10, parallel IL-6 and IL-10 level of correlation analysis. Results The observation group and control group in patients with significantly higher than that of normal control group, serum levels of IL-6, IL-10 level was significantly lower than normal control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） ; Observation group of patients serum IL-6 were significantly lower than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） , serum IL-10 level is higher than the control group, but there was no statistically significant difference compare between groups （ P〉0.05 ） .Observation group and control group of serum IL-6 and IL-10 expression levels showed a negative correlation （ r=-0.492, -0.623, P〈0.05 ） ; Normal control group of serum IL-6 and IL-10 expression level no obvious correlation （ r=0.191, P〉 0.05 ） . Conclusions The serum level of IL-6 rises obviously while IL-10 declines, in PSS secondary interstitial pneumonia patients, showing that both participate in patients with secondary lesions pathologic process of interstitial pneumonia andaffect pulmonary diffusion function, thus can be used as auxiliary indexes in diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
