摘要
目的探讨地奥司明治疗重睑联合内眦赘皮矫正术后上睑及内眦肿胀的临床疗效。方法选择行重睑联合内眦赘皮矫正术求美者90例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各45例。对照组术后采用肿痛安胶囊0．56g口服3次／d，连续用N7d；观察组采用地奥司明片0．9g口服3次／d，连续用药7d。结果观察纽治疗后第2、5、7、15、30天上睑及内眦肿胀评分分别较对照组低。结论和肿痛安比较，地奥司明在治疗重睑联合内眦赘皮矫正术后肿胀方面，疗效确切。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Diosmin for the treatment of upper eyelid and inner canthus swelling following blepharoplasty combined with epicanthoplasty. Methods 90 patients undergoing blepharoplasty combined with epicanthoplasty were randomized into either the control group consisting of 45 patients to receive Zhongtong＇an Capsules 0.56g, p.o., t.i.d, continuously for 7d following surgery, or the treatment group consisting 45 patients to receive Diosmin 0.9g, p.o., t.i.d., continuously for 7d following surgery. Results The upper eyelid and inner canthus swelling score was lower in the treatment group than in the control group at 2, 5, 7, 15 and 30 days post-treatment. Conclusions Compared to Zhongtong＇an, Diosmin provides better therapeutic effect for treating swelling following blepharoplasty combined with epicanthoplasty.
