摘要
粉体的粒度及其组成是表征粉体几何性质、评价产品质量及其生产工艺的一个关键指标。文章梳理了粉体颗粒粒度及其分布的多种表示方法,对粒度分布函数理解中的难点进行了分析。在教学过程中设计开设相应实验,通过布置任务、学习探究的方式,让学生在"做"中"学",在实际应用中牢固掌握相关理论知识同时培养学习能力。
Particle size and composition are key indicators of the characteration of powder geometric properties, the evaluation of product quality and the production process. In the paper, we discussed a variety of expression methods of powder granularity and it＇s distribution, and analyzed the difficulties in the interpreting of particle size distribution function. We design the experiments in the teaching process. Through the arrangement of tasks and learning to explore ways for students to ＂do＂ in the ＂learning＂, they firmly grasped the relevant theoretical knowledge in the practical application and improved the ability to learn.
