摘要
社区警务主要强调警民协作,共同防控犯罪。维和警察在维和任务区的很多基层工作,要依赖社区警务工作来获得民众的信任和支持,继而共建社会秩序。而本土化使社区警务能根据维和任务区的政治文化背景进行相应改进,从而更好地服务民众和实施警务。从社区警务和本土化涵义以及重要性入手,分析维和任务区社区警务的特点,提出提高警察素质、树立服务意识、创新警务模式、重视信息情报、强调有力保障等维和任务区社区警务本土化实现途径。
Community policing emphasizes the cooperation between the public and the police to prevent crimes. The peacekeeping police mainly rely on the trust and support of the community to accomplish their mission,so as to rebuild the society. Indigenous approach means that community policing will be adapted for the local environment to better serve the public. This article introduces the concept and importance of community policing and indigenous approach,analyzes the features of community policing in peacekeeping mission areas,and explores the indigenous approach to community policing in peacekeeping mission areas by improving officer＇s working capacity,fostering an awareness of service,innovating policing model,attaching importance to intelligence and focusing on protection.
