基于有限元法的ZJ17劈刀传动齿轮模态分析

摘要 针对ZJ17重要部件劈刀传动齿轮进行动力学分析,利用三维CAD软件Creo建立齿轮实体模型,然后将其导入有限元分析软件进行模态分析,获得齿轮的动力学特性。求解得到齿轮在约束状态下前10阶固有频率和振型,并加以研究。计算分析结果为齿轮的结构设计与优化以及工作转速的选取提供了参考依据。 The dynamic analysis for the ZJ17 an important component of capillary transmission gear, using 3D CAD software Creo to establish the gear solid model, then using finite element analysis software for the modal analysis,obtain the dynamic characteristics of gear. The gear is obtained in the constraint condition before the 10 order natural frequency and vibration mode, and to study the results of calculation and analysis. Provide a reference for the selection of gear structure design and optimization and the working speed.
