近年来,城市化进程的飞速发展为人防工程建设带来了机遇,人防工程面积迅速增长。但在基层人防工程建设的实际工作中,存在着许多问题,严重制约了人防工程建设的发展。对此须找准结症,对症下药,积极推动基层人防工程建设健康发展。
