摘要
目的观察卡培他滨联合长春瑞滨治疗晚期乳腺癌的疗效。方法 62例晚期乳腺癌患者均接受卡培他滨1日1000mg/m^2,分两次餐后30min口服,连用14d,间隔7d;长春瑞滨25mg/m^2,于第1、8天快速静脉滴注,21d为1个疗程,化疗大于2个疗程。结果 62例患者中CR1例(1.6%),PR29例(46.8%),SD 24例(33.9%),PD 8例(16.1%),有效率为48.4%。结论卡培他滨联合长春瑞滨治疗晚期乳腺癌有较好的疗效,不良反应轻,患者可耐受。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the efficacy of Capecitabine in combination with Vinorelbine in the treatment of advanced breast cancer. METHODS All patients were given Capecitablne 1000 mg / m2 per day,bid,from the first day to the 14 th day with one week rest after one cycle and Vinorelbine 25 mg / m2 iv,the 1th and 8th day. One cycle lasted for 21 days. All patients were enrolled for at least 2 cycles treatment. RESULTS 62 patients were enrolled in this clinical trial. The overall response rate was 48. 4% with 1CR,29 PR,24 SD and 8 PD. CONCLUSION Combination of Capecitabine and Vinorelbine is effective for the treatment of advanced breast cancer,and its side effect was tolerable.
