摘要
目的:分析中枢神经细胞瘤患者诊断中应用CT和MR的临床效果。方法:于2015年1月-12月在我院治疗的中枢神经细胞瘤患者中选取58例,分别给予所有患者CT和MR检查,对两种检查方法的影像学结果进行分析。结果:CT和MR检查均能够比较清晰地显示患者的病变位置,病变位置主要为小脑蚓部、胼胝体内壁、第四脑室和额叶等。CT扫描主要表现为肿瘤实质呈稍高密度或等密度的有20例,表现为囊性病变4例,片状钙化有7例,其他患者表现为肿块呈分叶状和结节状钙化等。MR检查主要表现为肿瘤实质呈等或稍低信号、丝瓜瓤样囊变等,其中表现为血管流空5例、瘤内钙化、7例表现为坏死囊变、出血8例。通过与手术病理学检查结果比较,CT与MR的诊断准确率分别为55.17%和81.03%,两者比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :CT和MR均能为临床诊断中枢神经细胞瘤提供重要依据,但MR诊断的准确率相对更高,临床应根据患者的影像学表现进行仔细分析,以提高诊断准确率。
Objective: To analysis the central nervous cell tumor patients with diagnosis of the clinical effect of the application of CT and MR. Methods: From January to December in 2015 of the central nervous cell tumor patients treated in our hospital from 58 cases, respectively, for all patients with CT and MR images, two checking methods for the influence of study results is analyzed. Results: By compared with surgical pathology results, the diagnostic accuracy of CT and MR were 55.17% and 81.03% respectively, both are statistically significant (P〈0.05).Conclusion: CT and MR are provide important basis for clinical diagnosis of central nervous cell tumor, but MR diagnosis accuracy is relatively higher, clinical should be based on careful analysis of imaging findings on, in order to improve the diagnostic accuracy.
