摘要
非满载液罐车在转弯或换道时,由于罐内液体货物的晃动,导致液罐车侧倾稳定性下降。针对传统液罐中液体晃动过大或质心过高的问题,根据国家标准(GB 1589-2004),研究了液体晃动产生的侧倾力矩与液罐横截面形状的关系,提出了基于侧倾稳定性的液罐车液罐横截面设计方案,并通过仿真验证了其可行性。
The roll stability of partially filled tank vehicle can decrease due to the liquid sloshing in the tank during tuming or lane change. For solving its c.g. height and liquid sloshing, the relation between the roll moment of the liquid sloshing and the cross-sec- tion shape of the tank is investigated based on the national standard GB 1589-2004, and a new tank cross-section shape is pro- posed according to the roll stability requirement of the tank vehicle. The feasibility is verified by the simulation.
