摘要
为了探究一种高效的甜瓜白粉病苗期抗病性鉴定方法,笔者以薄皮甜瓜自交系‘KR-89’为试验材料,对接种方法(喷雾法、刷叶法、摩擦法)、接种时期(1叶1心、2叶1心、3叶1心)、接种浓度(2×104、2×106、2×108个·m L^(-1))进行了系统研究。结果表明,甜瓜白粉病苗期最佳接种方法为喷雾法,发病率为96.66%,且操作简单易行;当幼苗长到2叶1心时,接种后发病快、发病率高,为94.66%,是最佳的接种时期;甜瓜白粉病苗期接种最适宜的孢子悬浮液浓度为2×106个·m L^(-1),发病率为96.00%。
In order to explore an effective resistance identification method of melon powdery mildew at seedling stage, the inbred line 'KR-89' was used in this research, the inoculation methods (spray method, leaf brush method, mechanical inoculation method), inoculation stages (seedling with one leaf, two leaves and tree leaves) and inoculation concentrations (2×10^4 per milliliter, 2×10^6 per milliliter, 2×10^8 per milliliter) were studied. The results showed that the best inoculation method was sprayed (the incidence was 96.66%), the most appropriate stage was the seedlings with two leaves stage (the incidence was 94.66%), and the optimum concentration was 2×10^6 per milliliter(the incidence was 96.00%).
