摘要
本文根据中医学的辨证规律,应用集合论和模糊数学中的基本原理和方法,提出一种辨证推理的决策模型.该模型能为疾病的诊断提供灵活多变的思维通道,增强辨证的可靠性,同时也可以减少专家系统设计的工作量.经验证,其辨证的思维符合率达96%.文中还讨论了实现问题,给出了计算实例.
The theory and practice in traditional Chinese medical treatment have been sorted out and expressed mathematically. Then, according to the principle and methodology of the set theory and fuzzy mathematics, a decision-making model of differential diagnosis is proposed. This model can provide a flexible way of thinking for a clinical diagnosis of various kinds of diseases so as to improve the reliability of differential diagnosis and to alleviate the difficulty in the design of an expert system. It has been proved in practice that the model proposed is in conformity with the way of thinking in TCM and the validity is as high as 96%. when it is used in the TCM expert system of diseases caused by exogenous pathogenic factors, the result is pretty good.
