摘要
采用衬套连接的方法在ADAMS软件中模拟了集装箱起重机防摇摆系统中的柔性绳索,运用宏命令实现与滑轮机构的装配,建立了防摇摆柔性系统的虚拟样机。通过动力学仿真,系统地分析了集装箱起重机小车由额定速度到静止过程中吊具及集装箱的运动特性及摆动幅度,真实反映了振动对系统的影响,为防摇摆系统优化提供理论依据。
In this paper,the virtual prototype of anti-swing flexible system in container crane is modeled by simulating the flexible ropes with bushing connection and assembling with pulley system using the macro command in ADAMS software.Through dynamics simulation,the kinetic characteristic and swing scope of hanger and container are presented in the trolley motion process from the rated speed to stationary state,which reflects the influence of vibration on the system,and provides the theoretical foundation for the optimization design of anti-swing system.
