Design and Research of Simulation of Simulated Replacing Ropes Experiment Table Driven by Potential Energy

摘要 针对势能驱动换绳的动作过程设计了该换绳装置的实验平台,实验平台主要由机械系统和液压系统组成,对机械系统和液压系统的设计原理、功能特性进行了说明,并对该平台进行了机-液联合仿真分析,得到的仿真结果与现场作业过程中测得的曲线吻合,说明该平台能够真实反映换绳装置的工作情况,通过实验平台测得的实验数据可靠有效。 The experimental table of the rope changing device is designed on the basis of the action process of the potential energy driven. The experiment table mainly consists of mechanical system and hydraulic system. The design principle of the mechanical system and the hydraulic system are introduced. The platform is also analyzed by co-simulation of mechanical and hydraulic. The simulation results are in agreement with the measured curves in the field operation. It shows that the platform can accurately reflect the working condition of the rope changing device. The experimental data measured by the experimental platform is reliable and effective.
