摘要
目的研究分析痉挛型脑瘫儿童应用小组作业法的临床效果及对认知功能的影响。方法以本院康复医学科2014年1月至2015年10月收治的80例痉挛型脑瘫儿童作为研究对象,并按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(40,常规康复疗法)与观察组(40例,小组作业疗法),对比分析其认知功能的改善效果。结果观察组经过6个月的治疗后,C-WISC评分为(96.5±2.1)分,Barthel指数评分为(71.6±7.6)分,均显著高于对照组[(89.2±7.1)分、(59.2±6.7)分],差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);观察组治疗后GMFM水平(64.3±5.8)分,对照组(63.7±5.9)分,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论痉挛型脑瘫儿童应用小组作业法具有显著的临床疗效,能够有效改善患者的认知功能,提高患者生活自理能力与社会适应能力,促进机体早日康复。
Objective To study the clinical effect of group work for children with spastic cerebral palsy and its influence on cognitive function. Methods 80 children with spastic cerebral palsy treated at our hospital from January, 2014 to October, 2015 were set as study objects and were randomly divided into a control group (n=40, taking conventional rehabilitation therapy) and an observation group (n=40, taking group therapy). The effects of the improvement of cognitive function were analyzed and compared between these two groups. Results ARer 6 months' treatment, the C-WISC score and Barthcl index score wcrc (96.5+2.1) and (71.6±7.6) in the observation group and were (89.2±7.1) and (59.2±6.7) in the control group, with statistical differences (P 〈 0.05). ARer treatment, the GMFM level was (64.3±5.8) in the observation group and was (63.7±5.9) in the control group, with no statistical difference (P 〉 0.05). Conclusions Group work for children with spastic cerebral palsy is significantly and clinically effective and can effectively improve the patients' cognitive function, self-care ability, and social adaptation ability and promote the body recovery early.
