摘要
聚乙烯醇(PVA)是一种水溶性高分子聚合物,常制备成膜性材料,纤维材料,水凝胶和微球等药物载体用于药物的缓释研究。本文介绍了水溶性医用聚乙烯醇的型号及性能以及水溶性PVA作为载体材料在药物缓释方面的应用,展望了PVA材料在缓释药物今后的发展方向和趋势。
Polyvinly alcohol（ PVA） is a kind of water-soluble polymer,and it is often used as drug carrier for slowing drug release,such as film-forming materials,fiber materials,hydrogels and microshperes. In the paper the characteristics and type of water-soluble poly vinyl alcohol（ PVA） and its application in pharmaceutics for slowing drug release are introduced. The research issues and future development of PVA as drug carrier materials for slowing its release are discussed in the review.
