摘要
分析某水电厂发电机定子绕组三相泄漏电流不平衡率超标的原因。根据13号发电机定子绕组泄漏电流及直流耐压试验数据,初步判断C相绕组绝缘存在问题。经过分析和现场检查后,发现定子绕组出线及绝缘环氧夹板受潮、脏污,造成C相绕组绝缘受损。针对发现的问题提出处理措施,最后通过定子绕组泄漏电流和直流耐压试验验证了措施的有效性。
Reasons of over limit of generator stator wingding leakage current unbalanced rate in a hydropower plant are analyzed. According to date of NO. 13 generator stator wingding leakage current and DC voltage endurance test, it is preliminarily judged that there are winding insulation problems in phase C. It is found after the analysis and field inspection that it is the damp and dirty of stator winding outlet and insulation epoxy clamp that caused the damage of the winding insulation of phase C. Treatment measures are proposed to found problems whose effectiveness is testified finally by stator wingding leakage current and DC voltage endurance test.
