摘要
作为历史久远的一种经营方式,家族企业已经存在并经历了二三百年的沿革。改革开放对于中国近几十年的发展有着空前的影响,一个突出特征就是出现了大量的具有中国本土特色的家族企业。家族企业独特的凝聚力和低成本等优点,极大增强了其创业初期的整体实力。然而,当家族企业积累了一定的原始资本,进入扩大规模和产业升级的发展期,他们在创业初期所建立的治理模式已经不能与其发展现状相匹配,甚至开始阻碍家族企业的发展。那么如何优化现有的治理结构使之成功转型,已经成为家族企业迫在眉睫的问题。本文首先提出了中小家族企业在经营管理过程中出现的主要问题,然后对这些问题出现的原因进行了分析,在此基础上,提出完善中小家族企业管理的措施。
As a way of doing business, the family enterprise has experienced two or three hundred years of ex- istence and evolution. After the reform and opening up in China in recent decades, the development is unprece- dented. A prominent feature is the emergence of a large number of Chinese family businesses with local charac- teristics. Family business has advantages of cohesion and low cost, greatly enhances the overall strength at its early stage of entrepreneurship. However, when the family business has accumulated a certain amount of origi- nal capital in the period of scale increasing and industrial upgrading, the management model at the beginning of the business has been unable to match its development status, and even begin to hinder its development. So how to optimize the existing governance structure to realize the successful transition has become the most urgent problem of family enterprises. This paper first puts forward the main problems of medium-sized and small family enterprises in the man- agement process, and then the causes of these problems are analyzed. On this basis, it puts forward perfect management measures of small and medium sized enterprises.
