摘要
目的探讨双侧腹股沟疝实行完全腹膜外腹腔镜疝修补术的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我科2014年6月-2016年7月收治的20例腹腔镜完全腹膜外双侧腹股沟疝修补术的病例资料,复习文献,总结经验。结果本组20例患者,年龄32-72岁,平均49岁,疝的类型包括双侧双侧斜疝20例,其中1例为复发疝,20例全部完成腹腔镜完全腹膜外双侧腹股沟疝修补术,手术成功率100%。手术时间55-135 min,平均77.55 min。住院时间5-7d。主要并发症为阴囊血清肿或血肿,皮下穿刺抽吸后包块消失,无不良排异反应,无肠梗阻,肠粘连等发生。无手术死亡。随访1个月-2年,术后复发1例。结论腹腔镜完全腹膜外双侧腹股沟疝修补术安全,效果好,复发率低,值得推广应用。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of total laparoscopic extraperit-oneal herniorrhaphy（TEP） in treatment of 20 cases of bilateral inguinal hernia. Methods Clinical data of 20 patients with bilateral inguinal hernia performed total lapamscopic extraperitoneal hemiorrhaphy during June 2014 to July 2016 were retrospectively analyzed to review literature and to sum up experience. Results There were 20 patients in the group, aged from 32 to 72 years old, average 49 years old, including 20 bilateral indirect hernia, and 1 recurrent hernia. All the 20 cases successed to perform total laparoscopic extraperit-oneal herniorrhaphy. The rate of successful operation was 100%. The operation lasted 55- 135 min, and the mean operating duration was 77.55 min. The patients stayed in hospital for 5 – 7 d.The mostly complications were scrotum hematomas or seromas, which disappeared after subcutaneous puncture aspiration. No mesh rejection, intestinal obstruction, intestinal adhesion etc. appeared. There was no operative death. Followed up for 1 months to 2 years, there was only 1 case of recurrence. Conclusion Total laparoscopic extraperitoneal hemiorrhaphy on the bilateral hernia is safe. It has good effect and low recurrence rate. It is worth excelent promotion.
