摘要
目的对基层医院护士的核心能力进行调查,并探讨其影响因素进而制定可行的培训策略。方法本实验选用描述对比的方法,从2015年6月-2016年10月,选取我院的473名护士进行问卷调查,问卷包括护士一般情况调查表、中国注册核心能力表、自我导向学习量表三项内容中的一些变量。从而判断出一般资料和护士核心能力之间的关系。结果护士的核心能力与护士的年龄、职称、学历、护龄都有关系,护士的护龄越高核心能力得分越高,职称越高核心能力得分越高。护士的核心能力与护士的一般资料呈正相关。且所有结果数据差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),实验结果具有可靠性。结论基层医院护士的核心能力处于中等偏下的水平,需根据影响因素指定相应培训进行提高。
Objective To investigate the core competence of primary hospital nurses, and to explore its influencing factors to formulate feasible training strategies. Methods 473 nurses in our hospital from June 2015 to October 2016 were selected for questionnaires.The questionnaire included general nurses' questionnaire, Chinese registered core competence scale,self-directed learning scale items in the content of some variables. So as to determine the general information and the relationship between the core competence of nurses. Results The core competence of nurses was related to the age, professional title, educational background and nursing age of nurses. The higher the nursing age, the higher the score of core competency, the higher the core competence score. The nurses' core competence was positively correlated with the general information of nurses. And all the results of data(P 0.05),with statistical significance, the experimental results with reliability. Conclusion The core competence of the nurses in the primary hospital is at the middle level, and the corresponding training should be improved according to the influencing factors.
