摘要
目的比较不同护理方法对耐多药肺结核（MDR-TB）患者的临床疗效与用药依从性,探讨完全管理方案在临床的应用价值。方法抽取我院2014年1月-2015年1月予以完全管理方案的80例MDR-TB患者设为观察组,择取2013年1月-2014年1月予以常规护理的78例MDR-TB患者作为对照组,对比两组疗效与规律用药情况。结果观察组以93.75%的总有效率远远高于对照组80.77%的总有效率,组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组遵循规律服药共有77例（96.25%）,对照组遵循规律服药共有66例（84.62%）,组间遵循规律服药例数对比差异具有统计学意义（χ^2=6.22,P〈0.05）。结论临床予以MDR-TB患者完全管理方案进行护理,可有效提升临床疗效与确保患者用药的规律性,该法深具临床推广价值。
Objective To compare the clinical effect and medication compliance of different methods in nursing of MDR-TB patients, to discuss the clinical value of complete management solution. Methods 80 MDR-TB patients treated with complete management solution in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were divided into observation group. 78 MDR-TB patients treated with routine care in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were divided into control group. Efficacy and drug use of the two groups were compared. Results The total efficiency of observation group was 93.75%, which was far higher than that of the control group with 80.77%, and the difference between the two groups was significant（P〈0.05）. There were a total of 77 cases in observation group following the regular medication（96.25%） and control group was 66 cases（84.62%）. And there was significant difference between the two groups in following regular medication cases number（χ^2=6.22,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of complete management solution in nursing of MDR-TB patients can improve the clinical effects, and ensure patient＇s regular medication. It has significant clinical development value.
