摘要
考释宋元以来契约文书中"比"、"合"、"批"、"花利"、"收花"、"两造""二比"、"两身"、"两下"等语词,可恢复契约文书的本来面貌,亦可丰富近代汉语词汇研究的内容,提高大型语文辞书编纂的质量。
The paper conducts research on nine words in contract documents since the Song and Yuan Dynasties, including ＂bi＂, ＂ge＂, ＂pi＂, ＂huali＇, ＂shouhua＇, ＂liangzao＂, ＂erbi＂, ＂liangshen＂ and ＂liangxia＂, for the purpose of unveiling the original facts of contract documents, enriching the research of the latter-day Chinese vocabulary and improving the compilation quality of large-scale dictionaries.
