摘要
分析了高炉主卷扬传动系统、主卷扬工艺系统构成和工艺系统对传动的要求,介绍了交流变频调速系统的3种控制方式,并根据3种方式的优缺点,确定了无速度传感器反馈的矢量控制方式为本方案采用的方式。从理论上分析了在实际工程调试中所遇到问题,并着重从成本的角度对解决问题的方法进行了论述。
This paper analyzes the main winch AC motor drive system,the construction of the process system of the main winch and the requirements of the process system to transmission. It discusses the three control modes of AC frequency conversion speed regulator and the advantages and disadvantages of these three modes and decides to adopt the speed sensorless vector control. This paper analyzes the problems found in the practical engineering adjustment and discusses the measurements to the problems from the perspective of cost.
