新一代智能变电站辅助系统建设思路深化研究 被引量:3

摘要 随着变电站无人值守电网运行模式的推进,智能变电站辅助系统的重要性越来越突出。现阶段辅助系统与新一代智能变电站的智能运维管理要求还有很大的差距,不能很好支撑"调控一体、运维一体"的技术要求。从工程实际出发,分析了现有辅助控制系统、在线监测系统存在的问题和新一代智能变电站的具体需求。结合变电站信息交互、智能联动等具体需求,从后台实现方式、站端设备配置、专家系统3个方面提出了新一代智能变电站辅助系统建设思路,并介绍了辅助系统的组成和功能,展望了未来变电站的辅助系统。 With the advancement of the unmanned operation modes in substations,the intelligent substation auxiliary systems have become more and more significant. However,there exists a big gap between the present auxiliary systems and the new generation of intelligent substation on the integrated operation and maintenance requirements. This paper analyzes the specific technical requirements of the current auxiliary control systems,on- line monitoring system problems and the new generation of intelligent substation. Then,we propose some building policies on the new generation of intelligent auxiliary systems from three engineering aspects,that is,backstage running modes,configuration of station- ended devices,expert systems of the substations. Finally,the developing trend of the substation auxiliary systems is discussed.
