摘要
设计了一种基于51单片机的无线数据采集系统,系统分为数据采集发送系统和数据接收系统。数据采集发送系统采用PCF8591AD转换器将接收到的模拟信号转换成数字信号,转换后的数字信号发送到单片机处理器,单片机对接收数据进行变换处理,处理后的数据一路在LCD1602液晶屏上实时显示,另一路通过NRF24L01无线传输模块进行无线发送。数据接收系统通过NRF24L01无线模块接收发送系统无线发送的数据,并将接收到的数据传输到单片机处理器,单片机将接收到的信号一路在LCD液晶屏显示,另一路通过RS232串口发送到PC机,在PC机上保存采集数据并进行后端处理。通过验证,51单片机天成数据采集系统设计合理。
This paper designs a wireless data acquisition system based on 51 single ship microcoputer,the system consists of data acquisition system for sending and receiving system. Data collection for sending system adopts PCF8591 AD converter,which will converts the received analog signal into digital signal,and the converted digital signal will send to the single chip processor and be transformed by microcoputer. Processed data is displayed on the LCD1602 LCD,meanwhile it through the wireless transmission module NRF24 L01 to send. Receiving system also can through the wireless module NRF24 L01 to accept data,and the received data will be sent to the single chip processor,microcontroller will receive the signal and display in the LCD,through RS232 serial port data send to the PC at the same time,the PC will save the data and process in the back- end. Finally the design was verified on the 51 MCU development board.
