摘要
采用琼脂平皿扩散法,定性分析兔毛的抗菌性能,并与羊绒纤维作对比试验,分析了不同种类的动物纤维在未经化学处理时的抗菌性能及其具有抗菌性的原因。结果表明:兔毛纤维的抗菌性优于羊绒纤维。衣物上的异味大多是由细菌产生的,由于兔毛纤维具有天然抗菌性,可以对其在人体易产生异味的衣物方面进行开发。
Using agar diffusion method to qualitative analysis the anti-bacterial properties of the rabbit,this test compared with cashmere fiber and analyzed the reason of the antimicrobial properties of different types of animal fibers without chemical treatment. The results showed that the rabbit hair anti-bacterial fiber is better than cashmere fiber. The smell of clothing is mostly produced by bacteria,because the rabbit hair fiber has a natural antimicrobial properties,it can be used to develop the clothing which can easily produce the smell to human body.
