摘要
对饮料中的防腐剂山梨酸钾采用溶剂萃取法提取,经紫外光谱法进行了测定分析,结果表明,测定的5种饮料中的防腐剂山梨酸钾均在25 mg/kg以下,即在允许摄入量范围.本方法简便快速、设备简单、适应于各种饮料中山梨酸钾的测定.
Preservatives of sorbic acid potassium is extracted in beverage and analyzed by altraviolet spectrumetry.The results show that the determination of preservatives sorbic acid potassium in 5 kinds of drinks are under 25 mg / kg,namely the scope allowed intake.This method is simple and rapid with simple equipment and being suitable for all kinds of drinks in the determination of potassium sorbate.
