摘要
本文梳理了吉尔吉斯斯坦语言政策历史,并将吉汉语教学分为初创期、成长期及发展期三个阶段;根据当前吉尔吉斯斯坦汉语教学现状提出吉尔吉斯斯坦汉语教学方略:一是抓住"一带一路"战略实施的契机,把握机遇,快速发展;二是充分解读该国相关语言政策,有的放矢,加强顶层设计;三是聚焦"三教"问题,多管齐下。通过这些传播方略的构建,实现推动吉尔吉斯斯坦汉语教学发展、中华文化传播、中吉两国人民语言沟通及民心相通之目的。
The thesis makes a review of the evolution of language policy in Kyrgyzstan and raises three episodes of the Chinese teaching in Kyrgyzstan as follows: the start-up stage,the growth stage and the development stage; and the author suggests that Chinese teaching and learning in Kyrgyzstan should seize the opportunity of the Belt and Road initiative and study language policy of Kyrgyzstan to make a top-level design for Chinese spreading in the country.In addition,the problems in the fields of Chinese teachers training,Chinese textbooks and Chinese-teaching methods should be solved to develop Chinese teaching and culture exchange for the ultimate goal of language communication and people-to-people bond.
