摘要
某深沟球轴承在使用中出现轴承滚道剥落现象。经过故障特征、理化检验等分析后发现,由于轴承选型及使用不当是导致其剥落失效的原因。
A deep groove ball bearing raceway spalling occurred during operation. After the analysis on fault feature,the physical and chemical, it was concluded that improper bearing selection and use was the cause of bearing spalling.
