摘要
讨论Wnt信号通路相关知识以及下肢缺血性疾病的研究现状,进一步分析Wnt信号通路在下肢缺血性疾病中的研究进展,为探索通过Wnt信号通路治疗下肢缺血性疾病的新途径提供理论依据。
This review summarized the knowledge of Wnt signaling pathway and the research situation of ischemic diseases of lower extremity, then further analyzed the research advances of Wnt signaling pathways in ischemic disease of lower extremity. This article would provide theoretical proofs from the Wnt signaling pathway to explore the new ways on the treatment for ischemic disease of lower extremity.
