正常人群中股四头肌肌电图的均方根和肌肉等长收缩力矩的关系 被引量:8

Relationship of Root Mean Square Value of Electromyography and Isometric Torque of Quadriceps in Normal Subjects

摘要 目的:调查正常年轻人在最大自主等长收缩的不同力矩时股直肌的肌电信号和股四头肌肌力之间的关系。方法:招募5个正常健康年轻受试者,在100%、75%、50%、25%最大自主收缩(MVC)时测定右侧股四头肌肌肉的伸展力矩及表面肌电图(s EMG)。结果:均方根值(RMS)和股四头肌肌肉收缩力量之间呈显著相关性(P<0.01)。股四头肌MVC和RMS有相关性(γ=0.874)。结论:股四头肌的收缩力量和肌电信号的RMS之间存在线性关系。 Objective:To investigate the relationship between electromyography(EMG) signal of the rectus femoris muscle and the muscle strength of the quadriceps at different torque levels of maximal isometric voluntary contraction(100%,75%,50%,25% MVC) in normal young subjects. Methods:Five normal healthy young subjects were recruited in this study. The extension torque and surface electromyography(s EMG) of the right quadriceps muscles were measured during the four torque levels of isometric contraction, at 100%,75%,50%,25% MVC. Results:There was a significant correlation between RMS values and the contraction force of quadriceps muscles(P〈0.01). There was a strong correlation between the extension torque(MVC) and RMS voltages(EMG)(γ=0.874). Conclusion:A linear relationship between contraction force and the RMS value of the EMG signal of the quadriceps muscles is observed in normal subjects with the required torque of 100%,75%,50%,25% MVC.
