摘要
企业财务管理作为现代企业管理的中心,要适应经济发展和企业改革的要求,必须进行创新与变革。本文基于财务管理实践发展要求、财务管理理论及学科发展趋势,分别从宏观经济学、微观经济学、管理学和会计学的视角对企业财务管理理论创新的领域、内容和方法进行了全方位探索。通过财务管理多学科视角的探讨,目的在于拓宽财务管理领域,丰富财务管理内容,完善财务管理方法,促进财务管理学科发展,更好地指导财务管理实践。
Corporate financial management is an essential part of modern enterprise management,which requires development and innovation to adapt with economic development and enterprise reform. This paper explores the theory innovation,contents and methods of financial management from the views of the macro economics,micro economics,management and accounting,based on its practice and development. Through the multi-disciplinary discussion,it aims to expand its domains,enrich its contents,improve its methods,promote its development,and guide the practice of financial management.
