摘要
为研究预应力碳纤维板加固RC梁二次受力抗弯性能,制作3根钢筋混凝土梁试件。采用改进后的夹片式锚具对其中两根实验梁分别进行了10次碳纤维板张拉,获得了负载张拉阶段实验梁相应的力学数据。对比分析实验梁相对于对比梁抗弯承载力的提高效果,进行预应力碳纤维板加固RC梁抗弯承载力公式推导。实验结果表明:在较大负载情况下对RC梁进行碳纤维板张拉,能有效改善被加固梁的抗弯性能;推导的抗弯承载力公式计算值与试验结果吻合较好。
For the study of the flexural behavior of RC beams strengthened with prestressed CFRP under secondary load, three specimens have been made. Two experimental beams are tensioned by CFRP for ten times with improved clamp plate anchorage for CFRP, obtaining some experimental values. The flexural bearing capacity is compared between the strengthened beams and the contrast beam. And the calculation formulas of flexural load-carrying capacity are proposed for the strengthened RC beams. The experiment results show that after tensioning CFRP , the flexural behavior of the loaded beams is effectively improved; the calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental ones.
