水功能区纳污能力动态研究与应用 被引量:5

摘要 在考虑河道流量与水温对污染物降解作用的基础上,提出一种针对河道水功能区纳污能力计算的方法。利用淮河流域山东省水功能区河段资料,以COD与NH3-N两种污染物为例,研究其降解系数与流量、水温的关系。利用最小二乘法拟合得到各污染物的降解系数与流量的函数关系,通过对大量实测资料的分析,得到水温对各污染物降解系数的线性修正系数。在此基础上,选取75%和90%两种保证率作为水功能区纳污能力计算的水文设计条件,分别计算出逐月纳污能力。结果表明:在90%保证率设计流量下,山东省水功能区大多数月份纳污能力计算结果为0,而在75%保证率设计流量下各月纳污能力不为0,说明北方流域更适合取75%保证率设计流量来计算纳污能力。通过计算水功能区逐月的纳污能力,计算出入河污染物削减量,并提出相应的限制排污措施。 In considering the role of river flow and water temperature on the basis of the degradation of pollutants,this paper proposed a method for the river water function area assimilative capacity calculations,used the data of Huaihe River Basin water function area in Shandong province,took COD and NH3- N for an example and researched the relationship between degradation coefficient and flow and water level.First,it used least squares to obtain a function of each pollutant degradation coefficient and flow; then,through the analysis of a large number of measured data,got the linear temperature correction factor for each pollutant degradation factor. On this basis,it chose 75% and 90%of the two guaranteed rates of functional areas as water assimilative capacity computing hydrologic design conditions,assimilative capacity were calculated for each month. The results show that at 90% guaranteed rate of Shandong P rovince water ribbon most months assimilative capacity calculation result is 0,and at 75% guaranteed rate for each month assimilative capacity is not 0,showing the northern basin is more suitable to take 75% guarantee the design flow rate calculated assimilative capacity. By calculating the ribbon assimilative capacity of water each month,it worked out the reductions and restrictions on access to develop river pollutant emissions control measures and put forward water resources protection of water ribbon a reasonable basis.
