摘要
目的 观察济川涌泉散穴位烫熨预防混合痔术后尿潴留的临床疗效。方法 选取2015年8月-2016年8月成都肛肠专科医院住院患者,将符合纳入标准的384例混合痔术后患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各192例。治疗组给予济川涌泉散穴位烫熨,对照组给予“特定电磁波谱”治疗仪穴位照射。比较两组患者术后最强尿意时间点、首次排尿时间及尿量、导尿率。结果 治疗组术后导尿23例次（11.98%）,对照组导尿58例次（30.21%）,两组术后导尿率比较,差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）。两组患者术后最强尿意时间、首次排尿时间及首次排尿量比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01或P〈0.05）。结论 济川涌泉散穴位烫熨能明显预防肛肠病术后尿潴留的发生,操作简便,易于推广,是预防混合痔术后尿潴留有效的中医外治法。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jichuan Yongquan Powder acupoint ironing in prevention of urinary retention after operation of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods The patients hospitalized in Chengdu Colorectal Hospital from August 2015 to August 2016 were selected. 384 patients met with the inclusion criteria after operation of mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, with 192 patients in each group. The treatment group was given Jiehuan Yongquan Powder acupoint ironing, the control group was given acupoint irradiating by specific electromagnetic spectrum treatment radiator. The strongest urinate time point, the micturition time for the first time, the urine output for the first time, and the rate of urethral catheterization were compared between the two groups. Results The treatment group had 23 cases （11.98%） of postoperative urethral catheterization, the control group had 58 cases （30.21%） of postoperative urethral catheterization, the rate of postoperative urethral catheterization between the two groups had highly statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.01）. There were significant differences of the strongest urinate time point, the micturition time for the first time, the urine output for the first time between the two groups （P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Jichuan Yongquan Powder acupoint ironing can significantly prevent the incidence of urinary retention after operation of mixed hemorrhoids. It is easy to operate and spread, thus being considered as an effective external treatment of Chinese medicine to prevent urinary retention after operation of mixed hemorrhoids.
