三元复合驱偏心双层管多层分注技术研究 被引量:2

Research on Multi Layer Injection Technology of Eccentric Double Layer Pipe in ASP Flooding

摘要 针对单管分注工艺无法解决层间压差大于2 MPa井的分注问题,研制了偏心双层管封隔器、偏心双层管配注器、井下堵塞器、地面压力调节器及分子质量调节器等配套装置,形成了三元复合驱偏心双层管多层分注技术。根据油层渗透率将油层划分为高渗透、低渗透2组油层,利用偏心双层管封隔器和偏心双层管配注器可形成井下独立的2个注入通道,通过使用地面压力调节器,解决了高、低渗透层注入压力差异大的问题;通过地面相对分子质量调节器,解决了相同三元液相对分子质量无法适用高、低渗透率的问题;通过更换井下堵塞器,可实现某一油层的分组变换。室内试验及现场应用结果表明:流量70m3/d时,该技术分子量调节上限为50%,节流压差最大可达3.0MPa,油层动用程度明显提高。该技术为提高低渗透油层动用程度提供了技术保障。 For the single separate injection technology can not solve the interlayer pressure difference is greater than 2MPa above well injection,through the development of eccentric double tube packer,eccentric double tube injection device,downhole plug,ground pressure regulating device and ground molecular weight adjusting device,the formation of the ASP flooding eccentric double separate layer injection technology,according to the permeability of reservoir is divided into two groups of high permeability,low permeability reservoir,using eccentric double tube packer and eccentric double tube injection device can be injected into two independent channels formed underground.Through the use of the ground pressure regulator,the problem of the high permeability layer and low permeability layer of the injection pressure difference is solved.Through the use of the ground molecular weight adjusting device,the problem that the same ASP solution molecular weight is not suitable for high and low permeability is solved.By replacing the downhole plug,the grouping transformation of some oil layer can be achieved.The experiment and field application of3 wells results show that:the flow rate 70m^3/d,the molecular weight of the technology to adjust the upper limit of 50%,the maximum throttle pressure difference of up to 3.0MPa,the utilization degree of oil layer is obviously increased after the use of the technology.The development of the technology provides technical support for improving the utilization degree of low permeability reservoir.
