摘要
冬青属植物苦丁茶冬青(Ilex kudingcha C.J.Tseng)的叶或嫩叶,是民间常用的中草药,有清热解毒之功效。现代药理研究表明,苦丁茶冬青具有降脂减肥、降血糖、抗动脉粥样硬化、抗氧化和抗菌、抗病毒等活性。目前从苦丁茶冬青中已分离出大量的三萜及其皂苷类和酚酸类等化学成分,但其发挥功效的药效物质基础及其分子机制有待进一步研究。因此本文就近年来苦丁茶冬青叶化学成分及药理作用进行了分析和总结,为苦丁茶冬青药用资源的开发利用提供参考。
The tender leaves and leaves from llex kudingcha C. J. Tseng were commonly used in folk medicine. The plant may clear away the heat and toxic materials. Pharmacological research has suggested that the extracts of Ilex kudingcha C. J. Tseng have hypolipidemic, anti-obesity, hypoglycemic, anti-atherosclerosis, antioxida- tive, antibacterial and antivirus effects. Numerous compounds, such as triterpenes, triterpenoid saponins and phenolic compounds have been isolated from the leaves of this plant. However, the possible active components in the fraction and the molecular mechanisms require further investigation. To provide further support and evi-dence for the utilization of this plant, the modem phytochemical and pharmacological properties of llex kudingcha C. J. Tseng are summarized in this paper.
