摘要
目的 建立克林霉素磷酸酯注射液中克林霉素磷酸酯的含量测定方法。方法 采用一阶导数紫外分光光度法 ,测定波长 2 0 1nm ,Δλ =4nm。结果 克林霉素磷酸酯在 6~ 36 μg·ml-1浓度范围内振幅与浓度具有良好的线性关系。平均回收率 10 0 .5 5 % ,RSD =0 .6 3%。结论 该方法简便 ,快速准确 。
OBJECTIVE To improve the method for determining clindamycin phosphate in clindamycin phosphate injection METHODS First-order derivative spectrophotometry was used to determine by UV at 201 nm,Δλ=4 nm RESULTS The liner correlation coefficient of the clindamycin phosphate amplitudeat 201 nm with concentration was 0.9999 in the range of 6~36 μg·ml -1 . The average recovery was 100.55%, RSD =0.63%.CONCLUSION The method is simple and accurate, it can be used to determine the clindamycin phosphate in injection.
