摘要
锦屏一级水电站水库死水位至正常蓄水位间水位变幅达80 m,且工程区两岸地形陡峭,地质灾害多发,气象条件复杂,旱季风大,传统形式的拦漂设施无法满足电站运行要求。结合工程现场实际情况,开展了斜坡固定导槽水力自升降拦漂技术研究,介绍了其工作原理和设备安装要点。实际运行效果表明,通过采用斜坡式水力自升降连接装置、防风力翻转破坏沉没的拦污浮箱等新技术,有效保障了拦漂系统运行的稳定性和安全性。
As the water level amplitude between the reservoir dead water level and normal water level of Jinping Ⅰ Hydropower Station is up to 80 m,moreover,the project area features steep banks,frequent geological disasters,complex meteorological conditions and strong wind in dry season,the traditional debris intercepting structures cannot meet the demand of the power plant operation. According to the actual situation of the project site,the research on self- lifting debris intercepting technique with guiding grove fixed on slope is conducted. The operation principle and equipment installation of the new debris intercepting structure are introduced. The operation results show that the use of the slope- type connecting device for self- lifting debris intercepting structure and the wind- proof floating tank to avoid capsizing and sinking can effectively guarantee the stability and safety of the debris intercepting structure.
