摘要
目的调查联合接种疫苗后病例死亡原因。方法依托中国免疫规划信息管理系统中疑似预防接种异常反应管理平台,对一起联合接种疫苗后疑似异常反应死亡病例进行调查。结果结合相关资料、资质调查和尸解结果,儿童的死亡原因为疫苗接种后过敏性休克死亡,属预防接种异常反应但其本身所患小脑弥漫型星型胶质细胞瘤对其死亡起一定的促进作用,由何疫苗所致过敏反应无法鉴别。结论应加强接种前后告知,加强医务人员对预防接种后过敏性休克的培训,建议一类疫苗和二类疫苗分开接种,避免补偿纠纷的出现。
Objective We investigated the cause of a death case following combined immunization. Methods Based onthe suspected abnormal reaction management platform of the information management system of China＇s immunizationprogram, a death case of a suspected adverse event following combined immunization was investigated. Results According tothe relevant data, qualification investigation and autopsy results, the cause of the death child was anaphylactic shock aftervaccination, that belonged to abnormal reaction to vaccination, but diffuse astrocytoma of cerebellum also had a certain role inpromoting the death. The vaccine that induced allergic reactions could not be identified. Conclusions The notificationsbefore and after the vaccination, and the medical personnel training on prevention of allergic shock after vaccination should bestrengthened. We also recommend the separation of Class One vaccine and Class Two vaccine so as to avoid the compensationdisputes.
