摘要
目的:探讨依达拉奉联合阿替普酶治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效以及对炎性因子水平的影响。方法:收取2012年5月至2015年5月间我院收治的急性脑梗死患者115例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组及对照组。对照组57例仅给予阿替普酶治疗,观察组58例在对照组的基础上加用依达拉奉。比较两组患者炎性因子水平、神经功能缺损评分、临床疗效以及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗前,两组患者CRP、IL-6、IL-8及TNF-α等各项炎性因子水平以及NIHSS评分均无显著差异(P>0.05)。两组患者炎性因子水平随治疗进行显著下降,观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后3个月,观察组患者总有效率(96.55%)显著高于对照组(85.96%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率(5.17%)与对照组(7.02%)相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:依达拉奉联合阿替普酶可有效降低血清炎症因子水平,治疗急性脑梗死具有良好的临床疗效及安全性,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of edaravone combined with alteplase in acute cerebral infraction and its effect on inflammatory factors. Methods： 115 patients with acute cerebral infraction accepted in our hospital from May 2012 to May 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observation group with 58 cases and control group with 57 cases. The patients in control group were given alteplase, and the patients in observation group were given edaravone additionally.The inflammatory factors, NIHSS scores, clinical effect and adverse reactions of two groups were observed and compared between two groups. Results： The level of CRP, IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α and NIHSS scores of two groups before treatment had no difference （P〉0.05）. The inflammatory factors of two groups were decreased after treatment, and they were lower in observation group than those of control group with statistically difference （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of observation group （96.55 %） was higher than that of control group （85.96 %） after 3 months of treatment with statistically significance （P〈0.05）. The adverse reaction rate of observation group （5.17 %） had no statistically difference with control group （7.02 %）, P〉0.05. Conclusions： Edaravone combined with alteplase can effectively decrease the serum level of inflammatory factors and has good effect and safety in treatment of acute cerebral infraction, which is worth of clinical application.
