摘要
文章建立了固相萃取(SPE)法-GC-NCI-MS/MS测定水中的8种硝基多环芳烃(Nitro-PAHs)的分析方法。采用固相萃取法对水样进行前处理,二氯甲烷解吸,氮气吹干后甲醇复溶进GC-MS/MS分析,采用MRM模式,有效降低基质干扰,在0.1-10μg/L的浓度范围内,8种硝基多环芳烃的线性相关系数均在0.99%以上,加标(0.5μg/L、2μg/L、5μg/L)回收率在74.2%-93.4%之间,8种硝基多环芳烃的检出限均在0.08μg/L以下,可满足水中硝基多环芳烃的检测要求。
Solid-Phase extraction(SPE) coupled with GC-NCI-MS/MS was developed for the determination of 8 nitro polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(Nitro-PAHs) in water samples..The water samples were treated by solid phase extraction method,then dichloromethane(DCM) was usedas the eluent. The collected eluent was concentrated and the obtained extractwas used for GCNCI-MS/MS analysis. The multiple reaction mode(MRM) was used to reduced matrix interference and enhance the sensitivity of the method. The concentration ranged from 0.1 to 10μg/L, linear correlation coefficients of the 8 Nitro-PAHs were all above 0.99. The recovery of the spiked water samples were between 74.2% and 93.4%. The limits of detection of all 8 Nitro-PAHs were under 0.08μg/L. This method can used to detect Nitro-PAHs in water samples.
