生物质粉料气力输送过程数值模拟研究

摘要 气力输送管道压降预测有利于设计合理的设备载气系统。通过对典型实验工况进行模拟,得到与实验较为接近的理论模型,利用Fluent软件对不同载气风风速下的管道压降情况进行模拟,得到压降与载气风风速的关系。 The prediction of pressure drop along a pneumatic conveying pipeline is helpful for the design of air supply system. Get theoretical model close to the condition of the experiment through the simulation of typical experimental condition. Using Fluent simulate about pipeline pressure drop with different wind speeds in order to get the best wind speed range.
