摘要
目的为科学防范住院患者跌倒/坠床,降低跌倒/坠床发生率,保障患者住院安全提供参考依据。方法制定防范跌倒/坠床安全管理制度,加强护理人员培训,对所有住院患者实施跌倒/坠床风险因素评估,对于有跌倒/坠床风险的患者采取预防措施并进行安全知识宣教及签署跌倒/坠床风险告知书。结果通过对住院患者跌倒/坠床的防范管理,可以有效降低住院患者不良事件的发生。结论科学防范住院患者跌倒/坠床可以有效减少住院患者跌倒/坠床的发生。
Objective Prevent hospitalized patients falls scientifically,and reduce the incidence of hospitalized patients falls,in order to guarantee patients＇ safety in hospital. Methods Establish safety management systems of preventing patients falls,and strengthen the training of nursing staff. Evaluate risk factors for hospitalized patients falls. For those patients who have fall risks,we take preventive measures,carry out safety knowledge education,and also sign risk disclosure with them. Results Though out the prevention management of hospitalized patients falls,we effectively reduced the incidence of adverse events in hospitalized patients. Conclusion Preventing hospitalized patients falls scientifically can effectively reduced the incidence of falls in hospitalized patients.
