摘要
分析了山西省科技基础条件平台的人才建设现状,阐述了加强各类人才队伍建设的必要性及建设重点,提出了要建立健全奖惩机制以最大限度地发挥平台的效能。
This paper analyzes the present situation of the talent construction of Shanxi province＇ s sci-tech infrastructure platform, expounds the necessity and key points of strengthening the construction of all kinds of talents, puts forward to strengthening the construction of key construction of all types of personnel, puts forward to establish and perfect the mechanism rewards and punishments to maximize the effectiveness of the p｜afform.
