摘要
介绍了传统液压式注塑机的工作现状和存在的问题。通过某橡胶制品厂注塑机伺服电动机节能改造的应用实例,对改造节能效果进行了分析,结论是节电效果显著。
Current status and existed problems of the traditional hydraulic injection mould machines were introduced. Effectiveness of the application of servo-motors into energy-saving rebuilding of the injection mould machines in a rubber plant was analyzed and the conclusion was of remarkable energy-saving effect.
