摘要 齿槽转矩是永磁电机中一个不可避免的问题,它对电机特性和控制精度有着重要影响。文章通过研究基本的齿槽效应,将其进行叠加,得出了完整的齿槽转矩,提出了齿槽转矩的抑制方法,并利用有限元分析软件进行了验证。 Cogging torque was an inevitable problem for the permanent magnet motors, which influenced the motor performance and control accuracy significantly. The basic cogging effects were studied, and then, they were added up, to form up an integrative cogging torque finally. Way to restrain the cogging torque was presented and software of the finite element analysis was applied to verify the way.
