摘要
三相绕组磁场中高次谐波的强弱直接影响到异步电机的性能,星.三角串接三相正弦绕组和不等匝三相正弦绕组都能有效减少谐波磁势分量。用基于电机磁场分布的谐波磁场分析新方法,对比了两种绕组的谐波磁场对电机性能的影响。证明了该分析方法对几何结构和计算模型的通用性,适用于低谐波含量绕组的谐波分析。
Performance of the asynchronous motor was directly influenced by strong or weak higher harmonic in the magnetic field of the three-phase windings. Either the three-phase sinusoidal windings connected with star-delta in series or the unequal turns three-phase sinusoidal windings were capable of decreasing the harmonic magnetic potential component effectively. A novel analysis method of harmonic magnetic field based upon the magnetic potential distributions of electric machines was applied to compare electric machines' performance influenced by the harmonic fields on two different windings. It was proved the method was of generality in the fields of geographic construction and calculation model, suitable for the harmonic analysis in windings with low contents of harmonic.
