摘要
目的评价持续质量改进(CQI)对提高医务人员手卫生质量的效果。方法通过现场调查与考核的方法,对某医院引入持续质量改进措施提高医务人员手卫生质量的作用进行评价。结果实施CQI后该医院医务人员手卫生知识知晓率从实施前的77.81%提高至95.13%;手卫生操作的正确率从74.06%提高至96.15%。六项手卫生指征执行率均得到明显提高;手卫生质量合格率从86.67%提高至98.00%。结论采取持续质量改进应用于手卫生质量管理,明显提高了医务人员手卫生执行率和质量。
Objective To discuss the effect of continuous quality improvement（ CQI） on improving the quality of medical staff hand hygiene. Methods The contextual inquiry on the spot were used to assess the role of CQI,which was used to improve the quality of hand hygiene of medical staff in X hospital. Results The quality of hand hygiene of medical staff significantly was improved by CQI treatment. The percentage of knowledge of hand hygiene was improved from 77. 81% to95. 13%（ P〈0. 05）. The correct rate of hand hygiene was improved from 74. 06% to 96. 15%（ P〈0. 05）. Implementation Efficiency of WHO standard ＂hand hygiene important moment＂was significantly improved. The pass rate of hand hygiene was increased from 86. 67 to 98. 00%（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Application of CQI significantly improves the quality and control of hand hygiene in medical staff.
