摘要
目的研究一种车载式烟雾消毒机,探索大面积消毒烟雾施放技术。方法利用航空发动机燃气射流施放消毒烟雾的技术,采用载体定量杀菌试验方法对其杀菌效果做出初步评价。结果研制的车载式烟雾消毒机最高档级别烟雾消毒剂施放量为2 819 kg/h,烟雾平均形成时间为89 s;烟雾扩散幅度大于500m×50m×20m。分别在距离发烟点80~150 m处测试了烟雾对指定微生物的杀灭效果,并根据150~500 m各测试点的烟雾浓度,推算出200~500 m处烟雾对指定微生物的杀灭效果,在以上各点对大肠杆菌、嗜热脂肪杆菌芽孢和自然菌的杀灭率均能达到消毒合格要求。结论本研究设计制造的车载式烟雾消毒机具有较大的有效工作面积,烟雾消毒剂也具有较好的杀菌效果。
Objective To study a vehicular smoke disinfection machine and to explore the technology of emission large area disinfection smoke. Methods The aero engine gas jet was used to cast smoke disinfection,and carrier quantitative germicidal test method was used to make a preliminary evaluation on sterilization effect. Results The disinfection machine cast smoke could reach the maximum volume 2 819 kg / h and the smog formation time was an average of 89 s; The smoke sizes was more than long 500 m × 50 m × 20 m. In the 80 ~ 150 m from smoke point microbial killing effect of the smoke was tested respectively. According to the smoke concentration of each test point in 150 ~ 500 m the killing effects of this smoke from 200 to 500 m on microorganisms were calculated. Results showed that at all points mentioned above the killing rates to Escherichia coli,Bacillus stearothermophilus spores and the natural bacteria could meet the requirements of qualified disinfection. Conclusion The vehicular smoke disinfection machine has larger effective work area and the smoke disinfectant also has good sterilization effect.
