摘要
本文探讨在老龄化背景下,既有多层住宅增设电梯的申请流程问题、资金问题、技术问题以及增设电梯规划与设计问题。本文选取北京市典型性的多层住宅案例进行分析,总结出四种常见增设梯方案。
Under the background of aging population, This paper discuss the problem about the application process of adding elevator, the expending of adding elevator, the technical problem and the design of adding elevator. Besides, selecting the typical existing Multi-storey residential buildings in Beijing to analysis the plans for adding elevators.
